Returns and Exchanges
We're all about spreading love and compassion so if you're not 100% satisfied with your item(s), we'll gladly accept any returns within 30 days from your purchase date (USA only). Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We just cannot accept any items that have been worn or used and they must be in its original condition as you first received it from us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that are purchased outside of the USA.
We must authorize any exchanges by inspecting the condition of the item(s) prior to exchanging any items.
Sorry, we do accept exchanges for deciding on a different color or style.
We may replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com for further instructions.
All sales on international orders (any country other than USA) are final.
Items that are non-refundable:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may forward your original purchase confirmation email for proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We'll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or not.
If the item is found in its original condition, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Getting your refund
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please contact your credit card company to confirm your refunded credit.
You may also try contacting your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange Rates and Fees
All items in our store are priced in US dollars. If you pay for an order using a credit card in a different currency, then the credit card company will exchange the currency and may charge you a small fee. Please contact your credit provider for details.
How do I return my item?
Please email us at email@example.com with a copy of your purchase receipt, complete mailing address information and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 48 hours with further instructions.
The amount refunded will be the amount of the item when you purchased it.
