Production time is the time frame in which your order is received and processed, then printed and packaged for shipping. Shipping time is a separate time frame and varies depending on your shipping location and requested delivery method. Shipping times may also be affected depending on the carrier as they may be experiencing delays due to COVID-19.
We are taking every precaution to ensure the health and safety of our production partner's employees, our shipping carrier partners, their communities, as well you, the customer.

All international orders are subjected to custom duties, tariffs, and taxes.
Shipping to countries other than the United States
International Shipping takes approximately 3-18 business days depending on your location and requested delivery method.
Express Shipping options delivered by FedEx may take approximately 2-5 business days. Tracking is provided for Express International Shipping.
Depending on which item(s) you order and where you are located will determine your shipping options. You will see your options at checkout.
Orders shipped to countries other than the United States and Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by their respective country once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Customers are responsible for any possible customs clearance charges. Unfortunately, Vegan As Fvck has no control over these charges and we are also unable to determine how much those charges may be.
Contact your local customs office for more information. Please also note that the process of customs clearance may cause unexpected delays that are out of our control. Please consider this when waiting for delivery of any shipment.
Customs duty is a tax that is determined by the customs authority of your country based on product type, known as commodity, value, weight and dimensions.
Customs duty is established by your customs authority. Duty, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are required to pay duties or taxes by your customs authority you must pay this to the shipping carrier prior to receiving the package. Once the taxes are paid you will be allowed to pick up the package or the shipping courier will drop it off at your doorstep. Please contact the carrier to inquire about their policy.
Shipping to the USA and CANADA and Europe
Our US and Canada based customers will be happy to know that our main manufacturing and fulfillment centers are located in the US and Canada. However, most of our items are shipped out from different locations in the US.
We also have a supplier based in Latvia, which is located in northern Europe. Certain items are shipped from our printing partner here. The shipping warehouse location is based on where you place your order from. We do our best to help decrease shipping fees, get your package to your door as fast as soon as we can, and to also limit environmental exposure as much as possible.

We do ship internationally, however, only to select countries at this time. We will open up international shipping to more countries as we develop the resources to handle more international orders.

Please note that we are unable ship to PO boxes.
We are not responsible if your package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed due to various circumstances and VEGAN AS FVCK is not responsible for late delivery times.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery time issues. If the tracking information confirms that your items have been delivered to your shipping address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS) or the designated carrier (FedEX or Canada Post or DHL) in order to investigate the issue. We are not responsible nor cannot be held accountable for tracked packages that states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.
All our products are 'printed on demand' meaning that the designs on shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and other items you purchase aren't printed until after you place your order. This helps contribute positively to our environment by using our Earth's resources more efficiently and economically. It also helps reduce costs for everyone involved while eliminating the unnecessary waste for massive storage space and inventory.
Please be aware that this fulfillment period may take several days before your products begin the shipping process. Therefore, please add a minimum of 2-3 business days to the shipping time when considering your product's delivery date.

You'll be able to select the option for express shipping at the checkout page if your product(s) qualifies for express shipping. US, Canada, and international express shipping rates will apply.
Where will my package be shipped from?
Our primary Direct to Garment printing and fulfillment centers are located in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, Henderson, Nevada, Los Angeles, California, and Charlotte, North Carolina, all located within the United States.
Our women's crop tops and tank tops are printed and hand sewn in Montreal, Canada where they will also be shipped from.
We also work with backup facilities located throughout the United States, The European Union, and Mexico. Depending on which item(s) you purchase and/or your location, your package will be shipped from either of these locations. We strive to make the production and shipping process most efficient while being environmentally conscious.

If for some reason you change your mind before your item(s) has been shipped, let us know ASAP and we'll check if we can still change or cancel your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please note that items are typically sent to production in our fulfillment centers within 24 hours of the order placement and cannot be cancelled once they begin production. Items are also typically shipped out within 48 hours of the order placement depending on the workload of our fulfillment centers.
Please note that we cannot guarantee any cancellations regardless of when you notify us about requesting to cancel your order.
Once an order has been placed, we will not be able to edit the order including the shipping addresses or method of shipping. Buyer must carefully review order prior to confirming the purchase.
If we're unable to cancel your order, you'll have the option to return your item(s) within 30 days from the purchase date. Customer will be responsible to return shipping cost.
